The Role We're looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is innovative, guest-focused, and experienced in developing impactful pre-arrival programs, training team members, and using Opera Cloud to drive results. This is an OEM (Overtime-Eligible Manager) role, paid hourly at $32 per hour. As per California labor laws, daily overtime is applicable for hours worked beyond 8 in a day or 40 in a week. This role generally works up to 45 hours per week, offering additional earning potential while maintaining a leadership position within the team. This position is being hired on a temporary, month-to-month basis for up to 6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
