Head of Programming (Partnerships, Events)

As the Head of Programming, you will develop and deliver a diverse range of programs across various formats, from intimate workshops to large-scale events. You'll collaborate with internal teams, external talent, and community partners to create experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. Your vision and leadership will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant community and strengthening the connection between people and technology.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement regional and global programming strategies that deliver culturally relevant content across all program formats.
• Lead programming for a specific market/region, aligning with global goals and identifying talent that embodies the company's values.
• Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of global initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and field leaders.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the local market to curate impactful in-store and virtual content.
• Partner with internal teams to identify new opportunities and develop program briefs aligned with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on program performance, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in developing and managing high-profile events and partnerships, including broadcast events, series content, virtual experiences, and live events.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization, supported by data-driven strategic briefs.
• Strong network within the cultural and creative industry, with the ability to identify and source top talent.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Programming, Production, Creative, Marketing, Public Relations, and Operations.
• Ability to develop content experiences and programs that engage audiences, achieve business objectives, and deliver measurable value.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Agile project management style with the ability to adapt to change and manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Excellent presentation skills, including experience presenting to large audiences.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and networking skills.
