Salary: $22.18-24.65 Hourly
Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a HEDIS Coordinator! This position is 100% remote within the United States. We will only consider candidates who currently live within the United States. In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. 1099 or C2C is not permitted for this position.

This position offers the chance to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and make a real difference in member well-being. What You'll Do:
- Provide support for HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory/contractual requirements, including outreach to members who haven't received necessary services.
- Support efficient medical record collection for HEDIS review and gather supplementary data.
- Research, update, and maintain provider and location information to ensure accurate medical record requests and proper handling of protected health information (PHI).
- Conduct HEDIS provider chart requests via phone, fax, and mail.
- Identify resources and collaborate with providers to enhance member health outcomes and HEDIS measure rates.
- Reach out to providers and members to ensure they receive essential clinical services, ultimately improving health outcomes and addressing care gaps.
- Refer members to Social Workers or Case Managers when appropriate.
- Help develop and standardize outreach documentation and manage the data flow for HEDIS documentation.
- Document member participation in outreach following abstraction and audit standards.
- Meticulously record and document all member and provider outreach activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum one year of recent experience supporting HEDIS projects.
- Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with medical providers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with standard corporate software and applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Reader, and RightFax.
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, member outreach, or health education.
- Call center experience.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.18 to $24.65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. About Aquent Talent:
