Join a leading automotive manufacturer as a key member of their HR Operations team! As a Centralization Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of HR transactions across the organization. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for processing HR transaction requests from facilities across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with SOX guidelines. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in maintaining data integrity and upholding the highest standards of compliance. What You'll Do:
- Process HR transaction requests, ensuring accuracy and SOX compliance.
- Update employee records in HR/Payroll systems (Workday and PeopleSoft).
- Apply critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure compliant processing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within HR and other departments.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or HR-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong customer service orientation and aptitude for computer-based transactions.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high level of professionalism.
- Experience with an HRIS system.
- Working knowledge of SOX principles.
- Workday experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft and reporting tools (e.g., COGNOS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
