Curriculum Manager, Global Sales Learning

Role Overview

Lenovo's International Sales Organization (ISO) is seeking a dynamic and innovative Curriculum Manager to shape the future of sales education within the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG). This role will design and scale curriculum strategies that elevate sales capability, strengthen solution-based conversations, and directly support Lenovo's strategic growth priorities.

As the curriculum lead, you will drive the development of end-to-end learning programs that combine instructional rigor with creative delivery-equipping Lenovo sellers to position devices, services, and solutions with confidence.

In addition, you will serve as team lead, providing direction and mentorship to a cross-disciplinary group of instructional designers and multimedia developers. You will initiate curriculum plans, guide projects from kickoff through delivery, and ensure outputs align with both business needs and learner outcomes. Every deliverable will reflect Lenovo's high standards for clarity, consistency, and instructional excellence, while advancing innovative practices that keep our learning programs ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee curriculum plans aligned with Lenovo's IDG sales strategy and global initiatives.
  • Guide certification, portfolio, and partner training initiatives to ensure impact and business alignment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training aligns with Lenovo's go-to-market priorities.
  • Review and provide feedback on instructional and multimedia deliverables for quality and consistency.
  • Host regular team meetings to align priorities, share best practices, and foster collaboration.
  • Mentor instructional designers and multimedia developers to support growth and professional excellence.
  • Champion AI-enabled workflows and innovative design practices to accelerate development and creativity.
  • Streamline intake, review, and collaboration processes to improve efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all courses, videos, and learning assets.
  • Champion a One Lenovo mindset by integrating learning strategies across business groups and sales functions where applicable, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Develop learning grounded in consultative and solution-selling methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, multimedia development, curriculum strategy, or learning leadership.
  • Proven experience leading curriculum design projects and mentoring cross-disciplinary design teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to align training initiatives to business priorities.
  • Proficiency with instructional design tools (Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite) and LMS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in education, organizational development, or instructional design.
  • Experience in a global technology company with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of consultative or solution-selling approaches.
  • Experience creating certifications and multi-level learning programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, data-driven design strategies, and emerging instructional technologies.
