Description and Requirements Curriculum Manager, Global Sales Learning Role Overview Lenovo's International Sales Organization (ISO) is seeking a dynamic and innovative Curriculum Manager to shape the future of sales education within the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG). This role will design and scale curriculum strategies that elevate sales capability, strengthen solution-based conversations, and directly support Lenovo's strategic growth priorities. As the curriculum lead, you will drive the development of end-to-end learning programs that combine instructional rigor with creative delivery-equipping Lenovo sellers to position devices, services, and solutions with confidence. In addition, you will serve as team lead, providing direction and mentorship to a cross-disciplinary group of instructional designers and multimedia developers. You will initiate curriculum plans, guide projects from kickoff through delivery, and ensure outputs align with both business needs and learner outcomes. Every deliverable will reflect Lenovo's high standards for clarity, consistency, and instructional excellence, while advancing innovative practices that keep our learning programs ahead of the curve.
