Marketing Project Manager - Empowering Product Marketing Success!

Your meticulous approach and project management skills will empower the team to focus on strategic initiatives, knowing that the day-to-day maintenance and execution of marketing collateral are in expert hands.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will:

• Manage the workflow of marketing deliverables across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Mark up and update marketing collateral, maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
• Shepherd collateral through SME and compliance reviews, facilitating a smooth approval process.
• Provide production support through execution, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing materials.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proven ability to follow instructions precisely and execute tasks efficiently.
• Strong background in project management or operations, demonstrating a knack for organization and process improvement.
• Proactive communication skills to keep collateral owners informed of status, issues, and progress.
• Experience with Workfront is required for this role.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
