As a Senior Designer focused on packaging, you will: Develop innovative 2D and 3D packaging designs, from concept to completion.
Create detailed mechanicals, ensuring artwork adheres to industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and packaging requirements.
Conduct design research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform creative direction.
Oversee print production, including press checks and vendor collaboration.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in packaging design.
Proven expertise in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of print production processes and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Dimension).
Familiarity with artwork management software. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.4 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
