Position Summary The Sr Director of Public Sector Strategic Accounts is a key leadership role within the MillerKnoll Public Sector team, responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on the company's most important and complex public sector customers. This team targets top strategic accounts across Federal, State & Local Government, Higher Education, and Healthcare, regardless of geography. The Sr Director will develop and execute account strategies to win new business, expand existing relationships, and defend competitively held accounts. This role requires a proven sales leader who excels at coaching, mentoring, and developing talent while building scalable strategies for long-term growth. The Sr Director will collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, dealer principals, and distribution partners to ensure alignment and execution across the strategic account portfolio. As a member of the Public Sector Sales Leadership Team, the Sr Director will help shape overall public sector strategy and ensure best-in-class execution at the account level. Key Responsibilities

A starting compensation range for this role is $121,900.00 - $158,500.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
