Genesis10 is seeking a Loan Document Reviewer/Paralegal for a 6-month+ contract position in Charlotte, NC (University area). This position will work onsite 5 days per week. Compensation: $23.75 per hour. Job Description: This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with our client's customers who are dealing with civil legal matters. Will be looking at physical legal documents to ensure that all items within the documents are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, and meet state requirements. Test information before it's sent out to 3rd party legal partners. Verify the notarization on documents. Provide judgment and complaint validations as needed. Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact in Loan Workout. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in the Loan Workout. Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience Paralegal certification (NICE TO HAVE) Top Sills: Knowledge of collection law (ideal) Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures) Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A) Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Basic computer skills Understanding of credit cards If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
