What to Expect The Janitorial Specialist will be a part of the Workplace Essential Services team by providing support on daily janitorial operations for our manufacturing sites at Lathrop, CA. As the initial point of contact, they will be crucial in ensuring sites are always in a clean, healthy, and safe environment for employees by working daily with janitorial staff and Workplace Operations partners. This individual possesses strong administrative and organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the office. They excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resourcefulness, adaptability, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
