Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Manage tasks (LRE scripting, test strategy planning, testing, monitoring, profiling, reporting) from project initiation to completion Lead performance defect triage meetings and driving solutions Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel JMeter experience o Leverage profiling tools (i.e. dynaTrace) to analyze and define performance characteristics of an application, recommend enhancements, and trouble shoot bottlenecks Quickly adopt to conditions and work with very minimum supervision Requirements: 5+ years' of hands-on experience in LoadRunner and Citrix protocol is mandatory Experience using Citrix ICA protocol and configuration Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Extensive CITRIX protocol experience Click and script protocol experience Ability to detect a major concern that should be escalated to management for resolution Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues Practical experience with Agile tools and methodologies, including Horizon JIRA and Horizon Confluence Strong results-driven mindset with a positive and proactive approach Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues Able to work or lead a technical team from diversified geography and culture to complete strategic planning, mission-critical design and development work Strong results-oriented awareness, with an optimistic and enterprising attitude Self-motivated and able to detect a major concern that should be escalated to management for resolution. Able to demonstrate those skills to a varying level of internal external resources, to include senior leadership Pay range: $63.68 - $71.68 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
