Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for Automation Strategy and Execution team's delivery in terms of communicating and working for automation solution and strategy Requirements: 8-10 years' experience in application development Strong ability to understand executive-level concerns and align content accordingly Excellent strategic communication skills Proficiency in SharePoint, visual design, and data visualization Excellent analytical and business process flows, design and diagrams skills Strong collaboration and team skills Proven history of delivering against agreed objectives Demonstrated problem solving skills Ability to pick up new concepts and apply to knowledge Ability to coordinate competing priorities Ability to work in diverse team environments that are local and remote Demonstrates a rare blend of strategic insight, design acumen, and stakeholder fluency Excels at strategic communication, distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that align with executive priorities and drive decision-making Visual design and data visualization skills ensure that every slide is not only polished and professional but also intuitive and impactful- using charts, infographics, and layout techniques that highlight key takeaways at a glance Ability to understand the tone, expectations, and strategic lens of senior leadership, collaborate effectively across teams, and anticipate questions or concerns before they arise Require minimal oversight and work independently to achieve results Experience developing action plans, synthesizing complex information into clear, compelling narratives Ability to provide strong storytelling techniques and coaching to highlight impact, risks, and opportunities Ability to create intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics that emphasize key takeaways Strong collaboration and time management skills that allows you to work with a variety of stakeholders and senior leaders under tight timelines Pay Range: $46.09-$54.09 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
