We are seeking a curious, tech-savvy, and people-oriented intern to join our Human Resources team with a focus on applying Artificial Intelligence to enhance HR processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how AI can support talent development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and more. Key Responsibilities: Assist in researching and evaluating emerging AI tools for HR functions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation Provide recommendations for HR team to utilize AI in current practices Share and discuss AI solutions with the HR team to gather insights and align on implementation strategies Benefits: Hands-on experience in assessing and recommending AI technologies within a corporate HR environment Exposure to real-world use cases of AI in a corporate environment Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects Requirements Pursuing a bachelor's or masters in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Human Resources with a strong interest in technology Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong research skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a program directly related to our business operations Has the ability to work a consistent schedule during business hours Has reliable transportation to and from work Location(s) 377 Simarano Drive, Marlborough , Massachusetts 01752 , United States Employment Type Non-Exempt US Benefits Information Pay Range: The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified.
