Responsibilities Job Summary The Activities Coordinator - ADHC takes primary responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of all program activities and special events for frail, elderly, and physically handicapped program participants and their families. This position coordinates the volunteers. As a member of the participant care planning team observes and reports significant changes in participants' behavior. Charts specific goals and objectives for each participant problem as it relates to their individual Therapeutic Recreational needs. Assists other staff with basic program operation including meal set up and monitoring of various program areas. Supervises all activity program assistants, aides and volunteers. Essential Functions
