If you're hungry to learn, humble enough to serve, and smart enough to juggle complexity with grace, this could be your next great career move. And if you want your contributions to be with an institution who helps lift people, industry, and communities into prosperity, you should consider growing along with us. What You'll Do
  • Be the right hand to C-suite executives-anticipating needs, removing barriers, and keeping leaders fully prepared.

  • Manage complex calendars, high-stakes meetings, travel arrangements, and detailed itineraries.

  • Write and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and polish.

  • Track deadlines, follow through on priorities, and keep projects on time and on target.

  • Safeguard confidential information and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

  • Serve as the face of the executive office-interacting with staff, faculty, community leaders, and partners with confidence and tact.

  • Provide strategic project support and contribute to initiatives that impact the future of the organization.

  • Manage the interactions, execution, and follow-up of a large, dynamic statewide team.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree plus six years' related experience also considered).

  • At least 3 years of professional-level administrative experience supporting executives or senior leaders.

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • A reputation for discretion, integrity, and good judgment under pressure.

  • Grit, drive, and the ability to thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

Bonus points if you've worked in higher education, led or supervised others, or have strong community connections.

Why Join Us?

You'll be joining a team of strong leaders and exceptional humans who value results, collaboration, and people. This role is for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in helping others succeed, who enjoys seeing goals met, and who has the resilience to keep pace with an ambitious, impact-driven team.

This is more than a job-it's a chance to be part of something bigger, to help shape outcomes that matter, and to grow alongside leaders who will challenge and champion you.
