Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Description In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement-identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving account growth in alignment with our global strategy. You will initiate contact with prospective customers and nurture those relationships into long-term partnerships. Working closely with Business Development Managers and the Director of Market Development, you will aim to meet and exceed market growth expectations and company goals. Success in meeting or exceeding sales targets will be rewarded through a performance-based compensation plan launching in 2026. Responsibilities * Launch digital sales initiatives across North America's vertical markets, converting leads into opportunities and driving business growth. * Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance and promote offerings to potential customers. * Leverage social platforms to engage engineers and generate qualified leads. * Ensure marketing campaigns reach the right audience and follow up to maximize impact. * Support the launch and promotion of new products and programs. * Manage and grow newly secured accounts and opportunities. * Report on sales activity and progress toward targets to the Inside Sales Manager. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. * Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional partners. * Contribute to company-wide compliance initiatives. Essential Skills * Account management and sales goals achievement. * Proficiency in sales and email campaigns. * Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred. * 1-2 years in technical sales and marketing in customer-facing roles preferred. * 1-2 years in sales or product research/development. * Strong knowledge of diverse markets to identify cross-selling potentials. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, macros), and SQL. * Excellent communication skills for explaining technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus. * ERP system experience (e.g., SAP or D365) beneficial. * Ability to travel upon request & reasonable fair notice. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, Oregon. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
