Responsibilities

The IOP Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support for the IOP, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental and clinical meetings, coordinating medical staff activities, and ensuring efficient flow of the outpatient office. Position is non-exempt and hours will vary depending on need.


Qualifications

Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: At least three (3) years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to type at least 65 w.p.m.; knowledge of medical terminology, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Software applications.
