DCS is looking to hire a lead Scheduler with acquisition experience to oversee an Army Project Manager's Integrated Master Schedules. Essential Job Functions Reviewing and standardizing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) created by Product Managers utilizing Microsoft Project to ensure accuracy and compliance with DoD and commercial standards. Working with and mentoring schedulers to ensure that their IMSs meet PEO and PM guidelines. Participating in PEO working groups to standardize IMSs across the organization. Monitoring program schedule and expenditure reports to track progress and identify potential cost/schedule issues. Updating program documentation and briefings to incorporate revised schedules and other data. Providing configuration control for scheduling documentation, tracking acquisition documentation and maintaining SharePoint sites. Stepping in to maintain product manager's IMSs as needed. Required Skills Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required. High School and 16 years of experience or Associates and 10 years or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience. Must have an active Secret security clearance. Expertise with MS project and Project Web App. Must have experience creating and managing complex IMSs for Army acquisition programs. Desired Skills: PMP certification. Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
