ABOUT THE POSITION: As our 2nd Shift Team Leader for our Assembly Zone, you'll oversee two assembly areas in separate (but nearby) buildings, ensuring smooth operations and a safe, efficient work environment. You'll be on the floor checking in with cell leads, understanding what's happening in your zones, and driving improvements where needed. In this role, you'll work closely with your team to close performance gaps, reinforce safety and quality standards, and build consistency across shifts. Through coaching, problem-solving, and daily Leader Standard Work, you'll help the team meet customer expectations while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You bring 3-5 years of manufacturing floor experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. You know how to motivate and guide teams to solve problems, close gaps, and sustain improvements. Your people management skills include holding others accountable, recognizing achievements, and developing talent. You have formal problem-solving training and can coach others in applying it. A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or in Operations Management, is preferred, yet we will consider someone with relevant years of experience. Most importantly, you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and inspires others to perform at their best.
