POSITION IS ON SITE.

The Real Estate Coordinator will support Real Estate Management in various real estate duties, as well as handle a diverse set of responsibilities within the department including but not limited to: accounting functions, recordkeeping, lease administration assistance, contract management assistance, and property management coordination serving a large portfolio of medical office buildings. Serve as property management back-up while managers are out of the office. These property management coordination and lease administrative duties require broad experience, skill, and knowledge of real estate management policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate Degree in business or equivalent in real estate or related field.
• Experience: AND prior experience working in commercial real estate industry or related field.
