Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level professional with a proven track record in applying continuous improvement methodologies within the Utility and Energy sectors. This role is crucial for enhancing our operational efficiency, building organizational capacity, and fostering a sustainable culture of continuous improvement across our utility operations. Wage Data Per State Requirements This position will pay between $95,000 - $159,000. This rate will be based on Experience. Work Environment/Physical Demands This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
