As a Business Analyst on the Digital Solutions team, your work will play a pivotal role in unlocking value for our teams across the Real Assets business by overseeing the development and execution of product initiatives. You will have the unique opportunity to engage and partner with our Private Markets investment and portfolio teams, driving transformative initiatives that enhance the way we actively manage our Portfolio Companies and the asset management lifecycle, including portfolio monitoring, valuation, and reporting.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges, delivering digital, data, and AI-driven solutions that create measurable business impact. Your role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping and prototyping workflows, and providing insights to guide product, design, and engineering teams in developing effective and innovative solutions. Additionally, you will support solution implementation through user acceptance testing, training development, and post-implementation feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Salary range for this position: $87,300-126,500 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within a product team (preferably in a scrum environment) and familiarity with implementing digital solutions in financial services.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and quality - this is critical to the role and exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Understanding of the importance of user experience and user outcomes, alongside functionality with an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools, product management software, and other relevant technical tools.
  • Proven track record in implementing digital solutions, improving process efficiency, and achieving measurable business outcomes such as ROI, cost savings, stakeholder satisfaction, and on-time delivery
