The Cashier will promote a positive dining environment through cashiering, and cleaning utilizing teamwork and customer service, while maintaining a sense of urgency and efficiency.
Shift: PRN, as needed. Shifts between 6:00am - 2:30pm. Must be available Sunday - Saturday.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for use of resources, supplies and materials
- Rings up patrons in a quick and efficient manner to minimize customer wait time.
- Performs cross-trained skills in the coffee station to assist during high-volume periods.
- Assists patrons with any dining questions they may have, while offering a welcoming and positive experience.
- Assists in sweeping floor, stocking dry goods, cleaning tables, and collecting trays as needed.
- Completes daily and weekly cleaning tasks and checklist.
- Maintains a drawer total within a three-dollar variance of the daily sales total
- May be requested to replenish low inventory in the cafe area
Minimum Qualifications
- Degrees
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Equivalency
- Three years of relevant work experience in lieu of High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $15.78 to $23.67
