Position Summary:

Behind every exceptional spa experience is a foundation of care, cleanliness, and precision. As a Spa Laundry Attendant, you'll play a critical role in keeping our spa running smoothly-ensuring our therapists, guests, and entire team have access to clean, fresh, and neatly stocked linens after our busiest days. This is more than just laundry-it's an essential part of the luxurious, restorative experience we promise every guest.

This evening role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in efficiency and organization, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-functioning team that values their contribution.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:
  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize spa linens including towels, robes, sheets, blankets, and wraps.
  • Monitor and operate commercial-grade washers and dryers with attention to settings and cycles for different materials.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of clean linens in treatment rooms, lockers, and relaxation areas.
  • Ensure all laundry areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
  • Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines for handling soiled and clean items.
  • Collaborate with spa reception and management to prioritize linen needs based on the day's usage and the next day's schedule.
  • Notify supervisor of any equipment malfunctions, supply needs, or laundry shortages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be able to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with end-of-day tasks that prepare the spa for opening the next morning.
  • Other duties as assigned

Specific Job Skills:

License/Certifications - CPR AED First Aid

Technical - Basic computer, smart phone and applications understanding helpful but not necessary.

Physical Capabilities - On feet for up to 8 hours a day. Bending over, lifting up to 40lbs, walking stairs, navigating from parking to spa during all weather and seasons.

Additional - Hours and days can be dynamic. Though we try to keep our schedules as consistent as possible, some of our times during the lighter seasons will vary.

Education/Related Experience:

Minimum education required - None

Minimum time in related position - Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or similar support roles preferred (spa, hospitality, or healthcare experience a plus).
