Your Title: Senior Systems Engineer Job Location: Dayton, Ohio Our Department: Civil Construction Field Systems Are you looking for a role where you can spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge machine guidance and control systems that makes a difference for your customers and your world? What You Will Do As a Senior Systems Engineer within CCFS, you will be responsible for the specification, design, and documentation of future machine guidance and control systems for both the aftermarket and OEM factory sales channels. You will work directly with marketing, multi-discipline engineering teams, and machine OEMs to develop innovative, high-quality products. The position requires practical application of electrical, software, and mechanical engineering skills. The Senior Systems Engineer exercises excellent interpersonal skills to work within ambiguous situations, helping transform requirements into product strategy and technical direction.
