Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Registered Nurse Lead

  • Location: 130 Weber Rd, Bolingbrook, IL

  • Full Time 40 hours

  • Hours: Monday-Friday.Typically 8:00am-5:00pm Days/Evening Occasional Saturday. May need to work evenings to accommodate the office needs.

  • Required Travel: no

What you will do:

  • Demonstrates expertise in functioning as an EMG RN and is able to serve as an operations resource to other clinical personnel in the performance of all expected duties in an efficient manner.

  • Maintains expertise by regularly functioning as an EMG RN.

  • Assists in overseeing and directing specific clinical EMG personnel in order to ensure effective, cost efficient and safe provision of nursing care in accordance with established standards.

  • Demonstrates problem solving, conflict management, and customer services skills to serve as role model and change agent for corporate and office based initiatives. Serves as or insures appropriate preceptor support for all clinical employees.

  • In collaboration with clinical supervisor, evaluates performance of assigned office personnel.

  • Monitors compliance with hospital and regulatory agency standards.

  • Oversees the ordering, procuring, and budgeting of adequate supplies and equipment to provide

  • appropriate patient care.

  • Assures the proper functioning of and maintenance of equipment and physical plant.

  • Develops and maintains a cooperative working relationship with a variety of department personnel in order process physician orders, order supplies, gather and exchange information, resolve operational problems and improve services.

  • Maintain collaborative association with physicians to enhance office team work.

  • Identifies, develops, and maintains quality initiative for the office

What you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience - Required

  • A minimum of one year of experience with scheduling - Required

  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license - Required

  • Current CPR Certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross

  • In the event (1) any declared national, state or municipal disaster or other catastrophic event or (2) any implementation of the hospital's disaster plan that will substantially affect or increase the need for health care services any nurse may be required to work mandated overtime.
