As an AI Product Manager on our team, you'll support a government client by coordinating product development efforts across internal and external teams. You'll guide requirements analysis, align product backlogs to strategic roadmaps, and track financial and operational progress across multiple work streams. You'll wear multiple hats-requirements translator, stakeholder coordinator, agile facilitator, and product roadmap navigator-ensuring that technical teams remain aligned with mission priorities. Your contributions will help drive technology solutions that support high-impact government programs, while you gain exposure to managing scope, risk, and resources in a fast-paced environment.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technical project coordination

  • 1+ years of experience translating user needs into actionable requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with AI or data science

  • Knowledge of Agile product development and tools, such as Jira or Confluence

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, such as design, engineering, or client stakeholders, to align on product roadmaps

  • Ability to be a self-starter with a growth mindset and be energized by opportunities to take ownership

  • Ability to prepare presentations and deliver briefings to senior leaders, general officers, and business executives, synthesize information, and present to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience writing and interpreting statements of work and subcontracts

  • Experience with budgeting tools or light financial forecasting

  • Knowledge of high-level data and AI concepts and how to communicate with both technical and non-technical people on these concepts

  • Ability to lead user interviews, usability testing, or workshops

  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for modern AI/ML applications and implementations

  • Possession of excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
