Description We are looking to bring on 1 individual in for an on-site support technician position in Houston Texas for one of our clients. The successful candidate will have 4-5+ years of professional technical support experience. This position will be front line technical support including but not limited to technical troubleshooting, computer setup, computer verification, communication issues, Web-ex conference help, teleconferencing help and other technical issues an employee may have. This individual should have some previous experience working in a help desk environment including some experience with data management, and communication as well as managing and deploying images in SCCM. They are looking for people who have been in environments supporting a large enterprise environment. And skills in command prompt, Ip config, ticket ques, troubleshooting, Intune, Citrix, Active Directory, Microsoft, windows. This is a 100% onsite role at 11757 Katy Freeway # 1400, Houston, TX Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Benefits for full time employees: 1.
