The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the several thousand internal employees both onsite at corporate and out at the field locations. There is a lot of project-based work, and the technician needs to be experience with building images and deploying software and OS to the organization. The client uses Gmail (G-suite) as well as ServiceNow ticketing system. The candidate is expected to come in and provide first-class customer service. What that entails are very professional, but friendly internal communication with peers as well as the end users. The client has a mantra of never saying "no" or "I can't/won't..." -- if there is something that this person is not familiar with, they will be expected to be resourceful and ask other team members for assistance.
