We have an opening for a Coordinator, Practice Management. The Coordinator, Practice Management (the "Coordinator") will provide operational support for one or more practice groups within the Firm. The Coordinator will work closely with Practice Managers, Practice Group Leaders, and attorneys and play a critical role in facilitating workflow, improving processes, supporting talent development, and enabling business operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and project management skills. The Coordinator will report to the Director, Practice Management. In this capacity, the Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Practice Manager to:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned practice group(s), including meeting scheduling, tracking initiatives, preparing reports, and maintaining onboarding and practice support materials documents;
- Build and maintain organizational mechanisms to track projects and practice-group-level priorities, and coordinate with the key administrative groups in the firm to support timely and effective execution;
- Support oversight of timekeepers, including assisting in their recruiting, onboarding, and performance management process; support regular check-ins with junior-level timekeepers as assigned;
- Monitor and track key metrics such as utilization, realization, billable hours, and staffing levels, and draft financial and operational reports for practice leadership using firm systems;
- Draft timekeeper insights and other reporting information as requested by practice leadership, and support resource allocation efforts;
- Oversee the administrative details relating to practice group meetings and special events (scheduling, logistical planning, distributing invites), and provide support for local events as needed;
- Partner with KIA to advance practice-group-specific associate development tools, guidance, and training initiatives; proactively identify skills and training opportunities and report timekeeper development concerns to Manager;
- Maintain practice management calendar processes and proactively draft prep materials and considerations ahead of various annual business processes, and support development of Firm stewardship initiatives; and
- Assist with general department information requests from attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience;
- At least 2+ years' law firm or professional services experience;
- At least 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience, including experience with project management technology and phases of the project lifecycle; and
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $56,700 and a maximum of $70,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
