Information Operations Specialist

As an Information Operations (IO) Specialist, you will act as a direct advisor to Defense clients to help shape the IO vision for a service, institutionalize processes and policies, and operationalize IO across the force.

You will work across multiple DoD two-letter and three-letter organizations to analyze and implement policies and solutions that enhance the service's information operations capabilities. In addition to your technical knowledge, you will bring your strategic acumen to identify and address gaps, challenges, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to program leadership to transform IO.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience supporting strategy, implementation, or change efforts

• 1+ years of experience supporting DoD IO, MISO, Operations Security (OPSEC), or Deception Activitiesprograms

• Ability to develop concepts and support documents for client engagements

• Ability to inform, develop, and support innovative solutions to complex problems that align with the client's strategic objectives

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with DoD two-letter and three-letter organizations

• Experience supporting DoD coordination and staffing processes

• Experience working with strategy documentation in the DoD

• Experience in strategy, change management, strategic communications, and implementation

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical editing skills

• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements foraccess to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
