Engineering Action Officer

The Opportunity:

The Defense Technology Group focuses on leveraging Booz Allen's leadership and expertise in technical project management to deliver the best solutions capable of meeting the needs of the most demanding, innovative, and cutting-edge clients in the Department of Defense.

We are looking for an engineer to support the development, management and transition of beyond state-of-the-art microsystems research at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency(DARPA). In this role, you will be responsible for technical oversight of the client's portfolio, coordinating activities that drive efficient execution of seedlings, studies and programs. Your expertise in data science and analytics will support verification and validation of research deliverables. You will work with world-class scientists in driving forward groundbreaking research efforts that seek new ways to develop microsystems that meet the performance and resilience needs of the Department of Defense. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

You Have:

• Experience in data analytics software such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Python
• Ability to proofread technical documents and presentations
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Department of Defense research and development programs
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Possession of excellent organization and client service skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and editing
• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:
