As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations , you will play a critical role in aligning Sales operations, systems, and data across teams and throughout the entire revenue cycle to drive consistent and scalable growth. In this position, you'll be responsible for shaping and implementing the processes and technologies that manage and analyze revenue-related data-providing the insights needed to support strategic planning, guide key decisions, and help the business achieve its profitability goals. Your primary focus will be system reporting for Bel and Cinch and working closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and data-driven decision-making.

Are You Looking to:



  • Support with the consolidation and measurement of sales processes and the programs and systems that support them
  • Establish, measure, and optimize a commercial process that spans the entire revenue cycle and spans the marketing, sales, and customer success functions
  • Report pipeline performance reports and develop the sales opportunity, revenue, and financial forecasts with finance
  • Support the development of the go-to-market strategy and sales force design to improve performance, engagement, costs, and customer experience
  • Help maintain a sales incentive program that effectively motivates the salesforce and drives profitability
  • Contribute to reporting analytics and KPIs to measure commercial performance and support strategic decision-making
  • Participate in the design and deployment of management systems to simplify the day-to-day selling workflow and enhance revenue team engagement


Are You Ready to:



  • Centralize stewardship and reconfiguration of the systems used in the sales process
  • Lead the governance of CRM data and help build a unified data architecture that consolidates, enriches, and leverages customer insights across all functions, channels, and touchpoints
  • Manage the Revenue Operations team and tasks to ensure collective efforts and clear messaging
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, to locations both domestic and international


What You'll Need:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM or business intelligence tools
  • Strong business acumen with experience in sales/revenue operations, reporting, and enablement
  • Skilled in analysis, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and across all organizational levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven project management capabilities
  • Creative, quality-driven, and committed to delivering high-impact outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident


Physical Requirements:



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
