Description Seeking a motivated Sr. Facilities and Technology Manager to oversee critical operational functions and drive our technological infrastructure forward. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion Operational Excellence (40% of role): Take charge of key operational areas, from managing our vehicle fleet and ensuring its readiness to conduct thorough building inspections. You'll be instrumental in developing systems to document preventative maintenance schedules, overseeing essential inspections, and ensuring our facilities consistently meet the highest standards for our programs. Your work will directly impact the smooth day-to-day functioning of our vital community services. Areas of responsibility include:
Facility Management & Compliance
Fleet & Vehicle Oversight
Drive Technological Innovation (60% of role): Be the visionary behind our agency's technology landscape. You'll manage our computer system and network, ensuring all technology-oriented equipment is operational and readily available. From implementing maintenance contracts to strategically purchasing hardware and software, you'll ensure our team has the cutting-edge tools they need to succeed. You'll also play a key role in identifying technological needs, developing innovative solutions, and maintaining accurate agency data systems. Areas of responsibility include:
Technology Systems Support
Technology Procurement & Network Management
Program Needs & Systems Monitoring
