We're looking for an experienced Help Desk Analst to join our team. This role is all about keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly by supporting computers, laptops, printers, and other technical tools.
What You'll Do: * Be the first line of support for Help Desk requests-whether they come in by phone or email-in a 24/7 environment. * Help users troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. * Assist with installing, configuring, and supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, following our standards and guidelines. * Keep detailed logs of incidents and service requests. * Offer software support to users over the phone or in person. * Pitch in with other related tasks as needed. *What You'll Need: * * An Associate's Degree in an IT-related field (required) * At least 1 year of recent, professional, IT help desk experience, troubleshooting Windows devices, VPN issues, etc. *Hours: * This position is Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
