This is a remote, Monday-Friday, Sales Development Representative position. 3 Shift Options: Pace Analytical is one of the most diversified commercial analytical laboratory networks in the nation offering a wide range of environmental services through its three divisions: Environmental Sciences, Life Sciences, Scientific Professional Services. All Pace employees are passionate about their work, and we are looking for someone that has a passion for selling and developing/maintaining customer relationships. We believe that we have the BEST sales team in the industry, so we aren't looking for good - we are looking for GREAT! This position will report to our Sales Development Supervisor who will do everything in her power to help you succeed. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, managing leads by tracking and following up on them, conducting sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet, closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan, producing activity reports, working with affiliate sales to cross generate leads, and traveling to National Sales meetings for training as applicable ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This class specification lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
