Summary: The Senior Manager, Commercial and Trade Analytics plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across Pacira's commercial organization. This role is responsible for monitoring business developments and market trends, maintaining and enhancing analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting systems, and delivering insights that support strategic planning and operational execution. Key responsibilities include the creation and refinement of business presentations, performance analyses, and ad-hoc reporting to guide leadership decisions. Additionally, this role oversees commercial data infrastructure and data management processes, ensuring data integrity and scalability. Operating within the commercial strategy hub, the Senior Manager partners cross-functionally with Finance, Market Access, Operations, and Commercial teams to support the development and tracking of short-term forecasts across Pacira's marketed and pipeline products. This role serves as a key partner in cross-functional initiatives, facilitating communication between analytics, business leadership, and technical teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and operational alignment. Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $132,000 per year to $181,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
