We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data Analytics to lead a team of analysts supporting our Field Operations team. This role will drive the development and execution of analytical solutions that uncover business insights, improve customer outcomes, and streamline operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of analysts by setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and fostering technical and professional growth.
  • Translate organizational priorities into actionable data initiatives aligned with field and customer service outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of ETL pipelines and data solutions using tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, and SQL-based platforms.
  • Ensure high standards in data documentation, governance, and quality assurance across key business processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operational leaders and stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboards that support business strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects - from scoping and planning to execution, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation review.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between technical data teams and business units, translating needs into scalable solutions.
  • Guide the implementation of data visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to drive self-service insights and transparency.
  • Present key findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Project manage and provide support for initiatives within the Field Operations sphere
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in data management, including SQL/Python, data modeling, warehousing, and visualization.
  • Proven track record delivering complex data projects that impact operational performance and customer experience.
  • Experience with data reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven insights and project manage various operational initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $79,797 - $120,835
