You're an entrepreneurial leader with deep experience in B2B sales, corporate relationship management, and strategic program development. You bring a proven track record of building partnerships, expanding into new markets, and delivering measurable results. With expertise in the Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming markets, you thrive on creating new opportunities, cultivating high-value relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you combine strategic vision with execution discipline-and can represent the organization with credibility at the highest levels-this role is for you.



About the Role

The VP, Relationship Manager, Strategic Wealth Programs, is a newly created leadership role responsible for building and scaling First Western's corporate sales initiatives. You'll lead business development efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and manage corporate client relationships to expand our presence in Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming.

This position collaborates across the organization to design and refine offerings that meet the needs of corporate partners, develop go-to-market strategies, and deliver annual sales goals. Success in this role requires a blend of market expertise, strategic thinking, relationship management, and KPI accountability-all while representing First Western as a thought leader in the industry.



What You'll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate partnerships to expand strategic wealth programs.
  • Build alliances with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and ecosystem partners to increase brand visibility and open new business opportunities.


  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for corporate clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction, engagement, and growth.


  • Expand market presence in Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming through targeted business development efforts.


  • Partner with internal teams to design and refine program offerings aligned with evolving corporate partner needs.


  • Represent First Western at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.


  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and client presentations.


  • Set, monitor, and deliver against annual KPI targets for B2B sales.


  • Leverage data and analytics to understand client behavior, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.



What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Wealth Management, or Employee Benefits, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10-15 years of B2B sales experience with a strong record in corporate relationship management.


  • Experience in the Colorado, Arizona, or Wyoming markets highly preferred.


  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.


  • Self-starter with the ability to build new initiatives from the ground up.


  • Proven ability to develop, maintain, and grow high-value client relationships.


  • Strong business development skills and KPI accountability mindset.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
