You bring a proven track record of building partnerships, expanding into new markets, and delivering measurable results. With expertise in the Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming markets, you thrive on creating new opportunities, cultivating high-value relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you combine strategic vision with execution discipline-and can represent the organization with credibility at the highest levels-this role is for you. About the Role The VP, Relationship Manager, Strategic Wealth Programs, is a newly created leadership role responsible for building and scaling First Western's corporate sales initiatives. You'll lead business development efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and manage corporate client relationships to expand our presence in Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming. This position collaborates across the organization to design and refine offerings that meet the needs of corporate partners, develop go-to-market strategies, and deliver annual sales goals. Success in this role requires a blend of market expertise, strategic thinking, relationship management, and KPI accountability-all while representing First Western as a thought leader in the industry.
