Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position facilitates growth and profitability goals through an individual marketing and business development plan. Identifies sales opportunities for existing and prospective clients through sales management and calling programs, and determines the best product or service to meet business needs. Acquires new business loan and deposit relationships by leveraging centers of influence, community networking, and direct client contact. Works closely with banking partners and associates throughout the financial services relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities
