Administrative support employee for law office. Answering phone calls from attorneys and clients. Assigning cases to attorneys. Sending correspondence to attorneys and clients. Providing a broad range of administrative support, including phone reception, word and data processing, compiling and organizing material for wide-scale distribution by mail and email, filing, copying, scanning, and redacting legal documents.
