Job Posting Title: Pediatric Mental Health Support Supervisor, TCHATT---- Hiring Department: Department of Psychiatry---- Position Open To: All Applicants---- Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40---- FLSA Status: Exempt---- Earliest Start Date: Immediately---- Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until Aug 31, 2026---- Location: AUSTIN, TX---- Job Details: The Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) Pediatric Mental Health Support Supervisor will work as part of an interdisciplinary, team-based program that cares for patients enrolled in the TCHATT program at Dell Medical School. TCHATT provides telemedicine or telehealth programs to school districts to help identify and assess the behavioral health needs of children and adolescents and provide access to mental health services. This position will work to administer the TCHATT program, ensuring alignment with legislative, institutional, and program goals. PurposeThe Pediatric Mental Health Support Supervisor will supervise a team of mental health care coordinators and clinical operations support staff working on the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program. The purpose of this position is to supervise and support the team that helps children and families navigate through the TCHATT program from referral to discharge. The candidate will work within a team of internal and external stakeholders to coordinate core functions of the program, assist in connecting to providers in the community for long-term care if needed, and should possess the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and in collaboration with others. This position has an end date of 8/31/2026, but may be renewable based upon availability of funding, work performance, and progress toward goals. Responsibilities
