Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of warehouse receiving experience, including small parts inventory
• Proven track record in fulfilling bills of material, shipping orders, and kit assembly
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and inventory/work order systems
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Steel-toes

Receiving Assistant Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and document all inbound shipments within 24 hours of arrival.
• Record serial numbers and update inventory control systems (RF scanning, ERP).
• Stock small parts and assemblies in designated bin locations.
• Support crossfunctional teams-Procurement, Production, QA, and Engineering-to resolve discrepancies.
• Assemble kits and fulfill bills of material for customer orders.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with shipping and warehouse functions as needed.
• Operate forklifts and JLG lifts safely, adhering to all safety protocols.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour
