Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-time Custom Logo, you will be tasked with a variety of jobs to support our custom logo operations within our Industrial Services division. Fastenal's Custom Logo department was created to support the individual branding needs for Fastenal's customers on products such as hard hats, safety vests and safety glasses. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Printing, cutting and applying logos

o Responding to inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails

o Designing, creating and processing orders with customers and suppliers

o Communicating with suppliers to meet order due dates and deadlines

o Managing inventory, packing orders and shipping orders

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

oDemonstrate strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs

oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

oPrior experience in the custom printing industry or graphic design

Fastenal offers a 401(k) with an employer contribution.

COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is $15/hr -30/hr. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
