Description
The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator or our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote). Starting base salary = $52,000- $65,000- $78,000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location. The Coordinator, Member Engagement is responsible for providing support across different regions and member-led groups as part of a team-based support model. Assigned to specific region(s) and/or member-led groups, work closely with egional executives assigned to same region and/or member-led groups as one of the primary points of contact. Schedule, track and document various types of member calls, assist with the logistics for member-facing in-person and virtual meetings and educational events, and enter data into AHA association management system (AMS). Work as part of a team to provide capacity and flexibility across the Field Engagement team. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
