We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our North office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. As needed, this individual may be asked to assist at any of our other five branch locations: Woodbury, Stillwater, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights and Hugo.
The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating two-week schedule): Week One Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday OFF Week One Total Hours = 40 Hours per Week Week One Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes Monday through Friday. Week Two Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Half Day) Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM Week Two Total Hours = 40 Hours per Week Week Two Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. This is Grade 7 - Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
