Job Overview: The Development Manager, Institutional Giving, is a key revenue-generating member of the Foundation team, responsible for raising critical funds to support the mission of Children's Specialized Hospital. This role manages and grows a diverse portfolio of institutional partners including corporate, foundation, and community-based supporters, with the primary goal of securing and increasing philanthropic support. The Development Manager is actively involved in all aspects of fundraising, including peer-to-peer campaigns, third party events, corporate sponsorships, and cause marketing programs, The role also includes support of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, CMN, and partnerships as part of the broader institutional giving strategy. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, strategic relationship builder, and results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment. Qualifications Required:
