Position Highlights

The University of Arizona School of Art is accepting applications for potential Limited Term Adjunct Instructor positions that may become available in the divisions of Art History and Art & Visual Culture Education for Fall 2025.

Hours will vary depending on course(s) taught. Appointments are one semester.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Teach one or more courses in needed discipline.
  • Plan class lectures and assignments.
  • Hold regular office hours.
  • Assign grades to students, based upon performance in class assignments and exams.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Terminal degree in related discipline.
  • University level teaching experience in related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of University level teaching experience in related discipline.
