Job Description This position reports to Shipping & Receiving Manager and performs standard duties in the warehouse function of the organization. Uses judgement and initiative to complete tasks including but not limited to overseeing a team of warehouse coordinators who process equipment. May operate one or more of the following machines to complete tasks: forklift, personal computer, copy machine, and calculator. Supervises: Warehouse staff Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the use of appropriate paperwork as needed to order stored equipment.
- Monitor, maintain, and coordinate storage and loading of equipment.
- Communicate with logistics team to coordinate loading and deliveries.
- Check department inventory.
- Learn and leverage our warehouse management software to ensure items are received, stored, and
loaded in a timely manner. - Ensure all warehouse actions are done according to our SOPs and have a paper trail.
- Responsible for truck logging according to WAIRE act for annual reporting using our tracking tools.
- Document Damage and missing items according to our SOP.
- Communicate effectively with the internal customers.
- Ensure nothing is lost and all items are documented for traceability.
- Safety and house cleaning must be a priority at all times in the storage dept. The area should be tidy
and clear of debris that can cause a tripping hazard. Items should also be relatively easy to find in a timely manner. - Oversee monthly inventory and ad hoc spot checks to adherence to our standard.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learning our Tool Crib Processes and Procedures.
- Report Facility and Equipment Issues.
- Oversee vendors as needed.
- Assist maintenance staff appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities):
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience with warehouse management and inventory
management. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers,
clients, and other employees of the organization. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. - Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Hours: This is a Non-Exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day with one hour for lunch. Competitive Wages: $29.57 to $37.86 per hour.
