Cyberspace, Space, and Intelligence Requirements Analyst

The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and askquestions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of ourclients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a Defense Mission Expert, you'll bring your DoD leadership, doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) expertise to work on projects in operational requirements development for the client focused on cyber, space, and intelligence. You'll plan, research, and analyze the needs of the client's operating force, identify needed capabilities, and determine requirements to satisfy the needs and capabilities.

Work with us to be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You'll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for the Marine Corps client.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with communication or networking and intelligence sensors, including while being deployed
  • Experience with military cyberspace operations and planning
  • Experience with military space operations and planning
  • Experience with intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) collection, strategy, sensors, and analysis
  • Experience in acquisition or requirements development, including JCIDS
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps operational concepts, doctrine, total force structure management systems, systems approach to training, defense acquisition lifecycle management, leadership hierarchy joint capability development and integration, and expeditionary force development systems
  • Ability to collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in requirements on time
  • Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions, justify technical recommendations, and communicate effectively
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with military-based concepts capabilities development and developing and analyzing system Key Performance Parameters, Key Systems Attributes, and Additional Performance Parameters
  • Experience with Marine Corps communication or networking systems and ISR Sensors
  • Experience with knowledge management systems
  • Possession of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements foraccess to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
